Lose Weight in a Party!
Here are easy ways on how you can lose weight in a party.

Water,
water, water. Aim for 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. It helps trim down your cravings and hunger.

Eat low-calorie but highly nutritious meals with
protein
snacks during the day. Condition yourself to do the same during the party.

Take 2 to 3 tablets or capsules of
fiber
supplements with 1 to 2 glasses of water 30 minutes before your party.

If you paid for your share, do not think like “I’ll eat whatever I can eat! I paid for it!” Or, if someone else paid for you share, do not think like "I'm going to have a feast!"
What you want is to have a winner’s mindset. Eat

and cut down on the

during the party. - Start with an excellent vegetable salad treat! The fiber-rich green leafy veggies are great! Use the healthy salad dressing. Or don't use any dressing at all.

no calories, and no cholesterols. Avoid alcohol as this is converted into body fats after absorption. People also tend to smoke and drink. Avoid sodas (even sugar-free or “diet” versions) and sweet drinks to cut down on the calories. Or at least drink some water in between cocktails.

- Don’t just sit down. Mingle. Walk around. Chat with the people around you. Shake hands. Any bit of movement burns calories.

- Chew your food slowly. There's no rush. It takes a while for the brain to realize you're full. Besides, it's also good for your digestive system.

you like to have. Feel the feeling of feeling great!
