Smoking damages every organ in your body. It’s also bad to consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day for men or more than two drinks per day for women. Since these 2 of the 4 bad habits accelerate oxidation, you can also say that both damage the cells in your body. The best thing for you to do is to avoid them.

Living a sedentary lifestyle increases your health risks including cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and arthritis to name a few. It can also make you overweight or obese. It’s good that you get about two hours of physical activity per week. You can combine moderate- and vigorous-intensity activities plus muscle strengthening activities for optimum health.

If you do not get enough nutrition, especially from fruits and vegetables, you deprive yourself of essential nutrients that your body needs. Your body needs them especially because you cannot make them. And there are many nutrients and anti-oxidants that you can only get from plants.
